Here is my initial sketch, sketches on graph paper and working papers for Flower for a Friend
I sketched my initial drawing onto graph paper in hopes of locating coordinates for the flower. This wasn't as easy as I though and I ended up using the points to vaguely guess placement.
My flower ended up different than my initial drawing as I found making and placing elongated circles very uncooperative. Colors were easier once the numbers were figured out.
